EAZY FIT Parquet Flooring fitting costs

Our EAZY FIT parquet flooring system will provide the modern perfect parquet floor in traditional herringbone or any design you like. The blocks are high quality machined pieces that have square edges and two small grooves in the back to assist with gluing down. You will only need to sand the finished floor to 120 grit before applying the oiled or lacquered finish you require. We always prefer oil as it is easy to maintain and looks stunning plus you can have any coloured finish you like. Please see the Blanchon and WOCA oiled sections to see more;
 
The costs below are approximate and there are discounts available on the fitting and finishing prices if you have over 100m2. The prices below are per m2.
 
Individual block prices range from £24/m2 for Oak to £47/m2 for Walnut discounts available
Plywood base cost £10.20 /m2
Fitting £30 /m2 and £35 per m2 if you require borders
Adhesive for gluing the blocks to the plywood £4.80 /m2
Finishing £15 to £18 /m2 depending on the finish you want.
Oils are about £1.80 /m2

There may be an additional adhesive cost of £4.80 per m2 if the plywood is to be glued to a concrete subfloor or over underfloor heating where you may need an underlay or if you have a screed over the UFH you may need the adhesive.
 
Therefore total costs which we believe are very competitive for the market for the best quality parquet floor would be in the region of £85 /m2. For quantities over 100m2 please call for your personal quotation. This is not a job for day work as it needs an experienced fitter to ensure you have the perfect parquet floor when it is finished.
