These parquet panels must be pre-ordered and prepaid as they are made to either the designs shown here or to your own design. We do not keep these in stock. The Product Code only refers to the Specification finish and size and not the design. We have given each design its own name so when ordering you must quote both the design name and specification code.The product code is the specification of the construction, size and finish. To choose the design from one of these shown please confirm the name of the parquet panel and product code for the specification you want with your order. For clarification please call us on 01666 504015.
 
There is also the option of using our individual parquet blocks glued on to a marine ply base to make any design on site. This reduces the lead time and will give you the traditional herringbone or Chevron finish, plus many others.  Please see the section on this in the products below and also in the Technical section. You can use our 20mm thick engineered Oak or Walnut hardwood flooring boards as a border so that you always have full panels on your floor.
 
These wooden flooring parquet prefinished panels make a fantastic floor and we can mix different species of wood to make the design extremely attractive. We have standard parquet panel designs shown in this product section but we can also make them to your design.
 
The lower picture opposite shows the effect of four panels fitted together. The surface can be square edged or micro bevel but the outer edge will always be a micro bevel on prefinished parquet panels for ease of fitting and aesthetics.

These engineered prefinished panels are tongue and grooved all round for easy installation. This enables an extremely fast method of laying a parquet floor and the panels are all handmade to ensure you get a unique design and high quality product. The solid oak top layer is cut to a very fine tolerance and then fixed on to the middle layer with Dynea Adhesive, one of the best in the market.

This means these panels can be used with underfloor heating systems. Once all 4 layers have been made up there are two layers of solid oak on the top and one at the base with a poplar wood middle layer for stability, the panel is pressed in a hot hydraulic press where it exerts many tons of pressure to cure the adhesives and ensure that we get a perfectly flat solid parquet panel. The panel is then kiln dried to make sure that the moisture content is below 8% and finished on the factories finishing line as below.

We use the WOCA Woodcare Denmark products for all our oiled floors and apply 2 coats at the factory. You can then use the master Oils to give the floor a deeper finish using a polishing mop and patina discs after it has been laid. We supply the WOCA maintenance oil and oil soap for cleaning.
