What if I have a Complaint

Should you have a complaint about our flooring or one of our fitters please follow the simple procedures below. We will always deal with any complaint immediately as we pride ourselves on both the quality of our flooring and the service we give.
 
We do not live in a perfect world so on odd occasions there will be problems. We do not walk away from any issue as can be seen by an email from a customer below. We are here to look after our customers and clients and our reputation and brand is extremely important to us.
 
You must also read our term and condition as well as the ordering and returns terms. We cannot rectify any problem if it has not been dealt properly, and we cannot accept any claims or returns if you have accepted a floor that you did not really want. If you do not like the floor after it has been delivered but before it is fitted then we will collect it.
 
Procedures:
  • Please call us immediately so that we are aware of the problem and complaint
  • Please send us an email with any relevant pictures to substantiate any complaint
  • We will if necessary send out an independent wood floor professional to investigate the problem and will endeavour to solve any complaint to your satisfaction as soon as is practically possible.
  • Provide us with any additional information you deem relevant for us to resolve the issues.

Hi Martyn

 

The 8 extra cartons of Maple arrived yesterday. Thank you. Although it has the same batch number as the first delivery and there were some knots there seemed to be slightly less. I am sure I now have enough to complete the project knot free as I initially planned.

 

Just for the record, I would like to thank you for rectifying this problem. Purchases which go smoothly, when purchased via the Internet, obviously are fine. Purchases that do not go smoothly often lead to problems. I have to say that I am so pleased with the way you and your team, especially Julie, resolved this problem. I am happy to write a testimonial for your company, I will send you a photo when it is completed as well. If anything I would be more likely to recommend your company now than if everything had gone without a hitch.
