Wood Flooring Manufacturing Facilities
We needed to establish additional manufacturing facilities for our top quality engineered hardwood flooring due to exceptional demand from our home based market in the United Kingdom but also for our clients in Malta, Dubai, Kuwait and other UAE customers.
We only use the best quality machinery from around the world including Homag profiling machines to ensure our tongue and groove matched end boards fit perfectly on site. We use modern adhesives that meet all the EU and UK requirements for low emissions and consistency to guarantee that our engineered hardwood floors are made to the highest standard using the latest technology. We use Dynea premixed adhesive so that we get the best adhesion when using our hot or cold presses to make our engineered floors.
The pictures below show our new facilities with the latest finishing line to guarantee our industrial coatings. We use top quality 4mm and 6mm thick solid oak veneers and the best quality multilayer plywood to create our engineered floor boards.
The balancing and drying room is used to ensure that the moisture content of the solid oak top layer and the multilayer plywood is exactly the same to guarantee the stability of our engineered wood flooring.
By using Timberex Oils on our finishing line it means a consistent covering deep into the wood's grain to ensure the maximum protection. The heavy duty industrial UV oil is used in all commercial applications and will give the toughest finish available in the market today.
