I just wanted to pass on my thanks for the beautiful wood and fantastic service which I have received from your company and also for the recommendation for the floor fitter, who was brilliant. Our floor is now down and it looks amazing – everyone has commented how great it looks. I have put a review on both the “up my street” and “touch Gloucester” websites, as below. I always find personal reviews really helpful when I am choosing products and there is such a wide variety of companies to choose from

You mentioned the cleaning kit – I would be very grateful if you would invoice/send me the lacquered floor cleaning kit which you mentioned – I have had a quick look at the website and I don’t think we need the repair kit at this stage, but if you want to discuss further please do email me back.
