Prices from £14 for engineered, £15 for solid and £25 for herringbone but they differ from job size, subfloor conditions, furniture in the room etc. These prices include door and architrave trimming for the floor to go under the door architrave. Also fixing scotias is included in the price along with kitchen plinths. We also fit skirting from £4 per linear meter. Plywood fitting costs start from £4 per sqm.

Jonards fitters put our wooden floors in on Saturday. They did an exceptional job and it looks fantastic. Apart from doing a superb job with the fitting, they left the place spotless afterwards.

The guys have only laid it in the master bedroom area, but it looks great and we are really pleased.
The joiner who is laying it said it is the best flooring he has worked with for a long time.

Just thought I would let you know that the bamboo flooring ordered via Barkisland is safely installed and looks very good, much admired already even though the house is not yet finished.
