"I bought dark/black wood flooring from this company a couple of years ago - very efficient and friendly service. The reason I am writing now is because, two years on, I noticed a bit of wear in the colour in some areas (totally normal) and didn't know exactly what I should be using to top up the colour. So I sent an email off to this company and, to be honest, I didn't think I'd get a reply based on the kind of after sales service I have experienced at most places (what I call the "love 'em and leave 'em" approach).
