Bespoke Stairs

Cladding existing stairs with our flooring.

Our high quality engineered wood floors can be used to clad existing stairs and below you can see some examples of what has been done and how to do it.

The images above show how one of our recommended fitters used our engineered herringbone to clad some steps. The image below shows a complete stair case which was clad in herringbone to match the floor. This sort of fitting is a specialist installation as it requires precise cutting of the engineered herringbone to match up exactly.

The images above are of an old Victorian house where the stairs originally had carpet. The carpet was stripped back and removed and the old stair parts repaired leaving the skeleton you see here.

The image below shows the finished staircase using some of our matching stair nose. This has a slightly different tone for safety reasons so that people can see the end of each tread.

The image below shows another stair case that is clad in our flooring. You use the planks for both the treads and risers and the stair nose has a groove which the tongue fits into.
