Warehouse & Deliveries

We use a third party warehouse for delivering and storing our products. Brooks Transport Services have dedicated lorries and directly employed drivers (unlike hub systems) so they are more flexible.  It is a kerb-side service so you will need assistance unloading as the drivers are not able to enter your property. The cartons are shrink wrapped but must not be left in damp conditions, outside or in a garage – please refer to our storage, fitting and maitenance document for more information.

For deliveries to large development sites we along with Brooks Transport Services offer a range of options to help meet site restrictions including FORS vehicles.  Please contact us to discuss such requirements in more detail

Once we have received payment for your order we send a goods release note to Brooks Transport Services. They will contact you/your nominated contact directly by telephone to arrange the delivery. They will arrange a convenient day (Monday-Friday) but will not be able to give you an exact time. They will try to be as flexible as possible taking account of traffic, location etc…
