Ben joined the business at the start of 2022, fresh out of college and eager to begin his career. Keen to learn, he dedicated time and effort to understanding every stage of the process — from how flooring is manufactured to fitting advice and aftercare for our products.
During this time, Ben attended courses to further his knowledge of customer service and to develop strong relationships with professionals across the construction industry.
Fast forward three years, and Ben is now the Business Development Manager for the company. With an extensive knowledge of the flooring world, he is the go-to person for colleagues seeking support or advice.
