Since joining in 2006, Claire has been the organisational heartbeat of the company. She manages everything from customer enquiries, sample requests, and sales orders to accounts, payments, and monthly statements.
Claire also keeps deliveries on track by coordinating with transport companies and quickly resolving any issues that arise. She oversees purchase orders, tracks incoming stock shipments, and ensures the warehouse and stock systems run seamlessly.
As the backbone of the company, Claire has been here from the very start and knows the business inside out. Quite simply, if it needs doing, Claire gets it done.
